$10 Flat Rate Per Order Shipping

We deliver anywhere in New Zealand at a $10 flat rate per order, so you won’t pay more if there are multiple items in your order. Your order will be shipped with NZ Post tracked. At checkout you will have the option to choose signature required or signature not required. Please use the shipping notes box at checkout if you have any delivery instructions. Sorry, we don’t ship outside NZ.

1-3 Working Days Shipping Time

This is a guide based on our experience with NZ Post. We pride ourselves on our fast order processing and in many cases the goods will arrive to you the next day. However, in rare cases shipping or processing may take a little longer. Particularly when natural disasters or other unusual events occur.

Please note that we can only dispatch orders Monday-Friday and not on public holidays like Christmas or Easter.

Free NZ Post Shipping For Orders Over $100

If the order total at checkout is over $100 then NZ Post shipping will be free.

Your privacy is important to us so products are shipped in plain NZ Post packaging with no Peaches & Cream branding.
The sender will be shown as WHJ Retail on the shipping label.

Weekends & Holidays

The web dispatch team and NZ Post are operational from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will typically be dispatched on the next operational weekday.
