Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product from Peaches and Cream, don't worry, we'll make it right for you. First, check the batteries, as many issues can be resolved by ensuring they are correctly inserted or replaced. If there's a Battery Tab, remove it before using the item.

If the product has a fault, contact us within 7 days with your order number, and we'll be happy to replace it for you. If the same item isn't available, we'll provide credit so you can choose another product from our website.

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped (you should be notified of shipping by email). Just get in touch with us right away with your order number. Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply if the parcel has already been picked and packed. For Laybuy, Afterpay, or Credit Card orders (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay), a 20% transaction fee will be charged on cancelled orders.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purposes. And please carefully check the sizing information before purchasing, as we cannot exchange products due to sizing issues.

Of course we will fulfil our obligations under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act and we will exchange products if you received the wrong item as per your order.

Warranties

Our product warranty covers different time frames depending on the brand, starting from the date of purchase. It includes manufacturing faults and defects. It excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear (including chargers). If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.

For all other items:

• 60 days warranty for items over $100
• 30 days warranty for items under $99
